Rising Cards, Devilishly Clever

A great prop and an easy to do card rising effect you will enjoy adding to your program. Can be used as a climax to a series of card effects--or use on stage as a feature number - very useful, good magic. This is an attractive, very finely made wooden box with varnished clear wood finish. We also include a deck, but you can use your own. The routine has two effects in it, with suggestions for more. Any three cards are named by spectators. Nothing is forced. Deck is shuffled and put into the box, which is freely shown. The selected cards rise, one at a time, and each one pushes up the lid. One card comes up backwards, then reverses itself. The trick is always ready to use, no mechanical parts.
